MGO’s Br. Automation in Bangladesh Army

Narrative description of Project:  The priority requirement is to deliver a standard computerized system for the automation of the inventory of Master General of the Ordnance (MGO) of Bangladesh Army. The main scope is to automate the purchases and issues of stores of Bangladesh Army that is currently controlled by the three directorates of MGO like ORD Dte, EME Dte and ITD Dte. The yearly shopping list preparation and the attachment of DGDP and AFD for central procurement are also considered in the scope. The scope will also cover the automation of local purchase by the Dte(s) and Depot(s) of Bangladesh army. Store maintenance and the salvage system are also other considerations of the automation. The SRS will identify the different stages of the process flow based on the decision that is made to approve any request related to preparing shopping list, store issue, central purchase, local purchase, store standardization, pre-shipment inspection, pre-procurement inspection, store maintenance, and salvage, etc.
