1. How can I purchase Welcome Tunes?
A: Purchase through SMS:
i. Go to Message Option of the handset, Type WT Code and send to 4000
ii. Song will be added to My Gallery and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
Purchase through IVR:
i. Dial 4000
. Press 1 to enter into Gallery and select your preferred Welcome Tunes from a list of choices
iii. Song will be added to My Gallery and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
2. How can I set all my Welcome Tunes randomly?
A: To randomize Welcome Tunes, do the following:
i. Go to the Message Option of the handset
ii. Type RANDOM and send to 4000
iii. Song will be added to My Gallery and you’ll receive an SMS confirmation.
3. How am I charged for Welcome Tunes service?
A: Charges for the service are as following:
* Monthly Subscription Fee: BDT 30
* Song Purchase: BDT 15
* SMS Charge: BDT 2
* IVR Charge: BDT 4 per minute
* VAT Applicable
